The Book

How We Are Here is a book that invites more peace into readers’ lives through its non-doctrinal philosophy. It begins with the simple possibility that before life is explained by the mind and becomes our story, something is already here: life itself, directly sensed.

From that awareness, ordinary human life may be met with more space around what happens, less unnecessary internal struggle, and a more relaxed relationship with the stories the overthinking mind creates.

It does not ask the reader to adopt a new belief system or spiritual explanation, but to look more directly at their own experience.

The book is intended as a bedside companion. Its meditative writing makes it ideal for reading in the evening, offering space to settle before sleep and inviting the reader to return to its pages long after the first reading.
